PARTICIPANTS: Lizzy C Byrne; Bernard Byrne and Wagner Guervil.

SUBJECT: Outstanding money owed to CFRM Villas by Wagner Guervil for management services at 191 Minniehaha Cir., Haines City, FL 33844.

Pursuant to our amicable conversation, it was agreed that CFRFM Villas would grant a payment plan to Wagner Guervil. In order to reduce the debt in a reasonably timely manner and bring the homeowner’s account into balance, Wagner agrees to pay CFRM Villas $1000.00 a month. In addition, rental revenue generated by CFRM Villas for the short-term rental of the aforementioned property less commissions and fees will be posted against the outstanding debt.
