Minha estadia foi excelente, a casa era boa e cobriu minhas exectaticas com relação as fotos, o resort simples mas muito bom, pena que não tivemos tempo de aprovitar mais, vale a pena reservar um pouco do seu dia para as crianças aproveitarem a piscina e vc relaxar no spa. Agradeço a Bernard por ser sempre solicito e responder tudo a todo momento de forma rápida. recomendo, apesar de ser um pouco longe do parques da Universal e sea World, recomendo. Marcelo Borghesi

A casa e muito boa, com muito conforto e toda as facilidades de uma casa nos EUA com todos os equipamentos necessários. O Resort e muito bom, onde vale a pena passar o dia com a família com duas piscinas, onde uma delas possui correnteza ! A casa fica um pouco distante dos parques, mas nada que atrapalhe dada a comodidade. O Bernard foi sempre um excelente anfitrião, sempre solicito e ajudando em todos os detalhes que necessitávamos. Resumindo vale muito a pena ficar nesta casa !!! com certeza manterei contato e indicarei para outras pessoas e familiares e nas próximas ferias provavelmente voltaremos. Continuar com o mesmo atendimento a dinamismo.

When we left home for our road trip to Florida we were met with an unexpected emergency and had to return home. We lost about 3 days and when we notified Bernard about the situation he was absolutely amazing in his support and understanding! Since this was our first experience with airbnb we didn’t know exactly what to expect but unfortunately in today’s world we typically have low expectations when it comes to customer/guest services. Again, Bernard was a vey professional, compassionate person and we were very happy that he was our “host”. The unit we rented was just as it was described and was also very clean and well maintained. We had a few minor “glitches” which Bernard reacted to immediately which we really appreciated. Cleanliness is very, very important to us as well as overall condition. Since the unit was in such good shape it made our trip so much more enjoyable. It was also easy to walk to the adjacent shopping center. The pool area was fantastic-just like you would expect at a first class resort! Also the golf course across the street was not only convenient but a really nice place to play.

Realmente tengo que decir que la casa superó nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones, los ambientes amplios, todo parecía nuevo, la cocina grande y con todos los elementos que uno puede necesitar. El barrio tranquilo y aunque la casa estaba un poco alejada de las picinas, esto no era un problema. No necesitamos contactarnos con Bernard en ningún momento ya que todo estaba claro en las instrucciones que se encuentran en una carpeta que está en la casa y en todos los carteles que están distribuidos por los distintos ambiente. Sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos en esta casa.

Hi Maria, I just wanted to let you know that the sliding door lock, closet door and Internet all got fixed. Also when Brighthouse was here the tv package was upgraded so we get much much better reception- HD! You are really a pleasure to deal with and I appreciate working with people who understand what the term “customer service” means. We loved having everything we needed and issues were resolved within 24 hours with just a phone call. Family time is great with Wi-Fi, games, speaker and other amenities provided in the home. Great place to visit Florida and still feel like home.

Nicely located house close to 27/192 not far from Disney and Universal parks. Part of a gated community with a nice pool/water-slide. Calm and secure. Enough parking space for two cars. Enough sleeping space for 7. Well tooled kitchen but come prepared with your own cleaning supplies. Great internet access. Would come back: sure Thanks Lizzy!

Great location. There is a shopping plaza one block down and the parks are about 25 mins away. The house was very clean and we enjoyed so much the pool and lazy river. Would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home, it was very comfortable, clean and at a great location. We loved it!

Hi Lizzy, My family and I loved the place. It was clean, amazing, beautiful and close to everywhere we intended to go. Our 5 day stay at this home was definitely worth. I would book it again and again. My family and I loved your place. It was as described on the website. I was a bit worried about the trash bin in the back. The night before left we took out one trash bag and as expected the bin was empty. However on the day of departure, I suspect one of the other renters in the neighborhood added some extra loose trash into our bin, which included lots of cigarettes’ and detergent containers. My husband and I cleaned it out to avoid extra charges. We don’t blame you but this could have serious implications if the same happened to another renter and they didn’t realize what happened. A backyard security camera would be good to prevent such an issue in the future. Besides that we loved everything about the house.
